When a home visit tends to help

- Care is ongoing and happens regularly
- Getting to a clinic would mean a long wait with someone who is unwell
When attending in person is worth the journey
Some care needs equipment that does not travel. If a consultation is likely to lead directly to tests or a procedure, attending somewhere equipped for it can save a second appointment.
