What can I book through MedVek?

Do I need a prescription to order medicines?
Where an order requires a prescription, you can upload it in the app when you place the order rather than arranging it separately.
How do I know what is happening after I book?
Bookings are tracked in real time in the app, so you can see the current stage of your service instead of calling to check.

What should I do in an emergency?
MedVek lets you request an ambulance through the app. In a life-threatening emergency, contact your local emergency number straight away as well, and do not wait on an app booking.
